Thank you for your feedback and advice. I’m sorry your experience at CSS wasn’t what you hoped for. I work hard every day, as do most of us at CSS, to provide a great working environment for all of our employees. We do this through a variety of means, too long a list to include here, but I’ll call out a few: a.m. and p.m. daily huddles and twice-a-month all employee town halls, which we hold to keep everyone informed and on the same page; our 3-times-a-year employee engagement surveys, the results of which we always share at an all-employee town hall; numerous employee resource groups and the many social and developmental events they plan; an aggressive diversity and inclusion strategy; a new career architecture framework intended to provide clear career-mapping for every role at CSS; summer Fridays off; a 100% virtual workforce during the pandemic; and more. It seems, however, that we fell short for you and we’ll take your feedback to try to improve our company. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
