      big co w lots of benefits, good pay , and insurance. Top Management tries

      heavy politics. if your not on the correct side you chump change no matter what your numbers or production amount too

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
