      Pros

      This is a large company that's still owned by the family that started them. The culture this company is unmatched by anyone else. Its nice working for a large company that isn't a Corporation

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
