      Management is genuinely interested in my views and ideas. They encourage me to voice my ideas and appreciate my initiative. Very attuned to my work/life balance.

      Cons

      I'd like to have more in person interaction with both my team and my customers.

      Great internship program and want to continue to improve what they do

      Pros

      Never had an issue when needing time off.

      Cons

      Took away our hybrid/remote work opportunity. “Hybrid” is now Fridays only. Loud atmosphere, which is assumed to only get worse after moving to the 222 building. Seems like the “caring relationships” morale no longer exists here.
