SWIFT cut huge swaths of administrative bloat Were losing the contract volume to two other competitors.. resulted in long stagnant periods. Micromanage DOT clock from an account manager that "worked" from home Obsessive safety department. If the computer alerted for any reason, immediately placed on a PIP.
