Pros
This company hires truckers with little to no experience. They will reimburse you for tuition. Pretty good with layover pay. You will get your retention pay & scale ticket refund but you have to stay on them. Dispatchers are respectful to drivers as long as you do most of what they ask you to do.
Cons
New dispatcher every 4 months, miles per week seemed to be governed at 2,500-2,800 a week. I ask to be stacked every weekend and that barely happens. I thought becoming a trainer would help me get more miles but that only helps about 10 days out of a month on the students last week & a half.
