Pros
Not much to be honest. Like most big trucking companies. Lie and say you'll get miles then?????. 400 mile trip that you don't deliver until 3 days later.
Cons
Getting miles. Apparently otr to them means primarily east coast and northeast. If you like running up 81 and 70 and what not, then go ahead. They have new trucks, if you can get one . Students get first dibs first. Never mind the drivers that's been here. Just give them a p.o.s. peterbilt. Insurance is sky high. You barely will do 2000+ miles. Tbh, their otr division consists of 3 main accounts: tractor supply, lumber liquidators and proctor and gamble. And they're short. They give you 2-3 days at times to run a 500 mile trip. Unbelievable. 85% of the fleet are students. So they get the long trips. Them and teams. The other good trips go to owner operators. So pretty much "over the road driver" get the short runs. This is my second and last time with this company. I know they have good accounts. Otr need miles too.
