      Pros

      There are ample opportunities for professional growth, outstanding working conditions(Chattanooga), and the people in leadership are there for other than political reasons (i.e. they deserve to be there).

      Cons

      The worst, and I think only, sore spot from working at US Xpress would be the stress level. If you lack coping skills this is not the place for you.

      They really work with you, on any matter. Understanding. pay is great and they listen to you
