Pros
Good money, home time, your not a Number but they know your voice......IF your a contractor AND your working with an agent. Otherwise, it's easy to get lost in the shuffle. Small town attitude/values.
Cons
Oftentimes, too many departments to deal with. Too many people getting in each other's way and makes it hard to get a problem solved quickly. Sometimes there's only ONE person that can solve a problem, and you get voicemail, but rarely a return call. Small town attitude/values.
