Business Outlook
Pros
Strong stable company, not afraid of it going out of business. Salaries are probably higher than outside the industry.
Cons
HQ is located in Weehauken, right next to Lincoln Tunnel. A nightmare commute for anyone not living in Jersey City. If I'm going to deal with that traffic, I'd just as soon go into NYC and make more money. Also, they need to improve telecommuting. Not sure how they'll attract young talent with outdated ideas of a workplace.
