      Has global reach for those that want their money outside the US.Management is totally focused on ROA.Management seems to be competent.

      Cons

      Every department seems to have their own profit center relative to year end bonuses for management.Overly concerned about short term goals(monthly) vs yearly.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
