      Very nice people to work with Ability to work from home when needed Great locations in NJ and NYC

      Cons

      Terrible use of technology. Scared to adopt anything new. Are atleast 4 years behind the rest of the pack. No new project in the pipeline. Only a few teams have any real work. Too many layoffs Overall low morale

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
