      Pros

      Great people to work with, some opportunities to move up, i suppose it depends on where you are working and with which people.

      Cons

      Senior management is sometimes questionable in their actions. Overall though the people are nice and helpful, good wall street culture. It is a Swiss Bank after all...

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
