      good benefits, good office environment

      Cons

      poor pay, little senior management direction or communication, no clear strategy, NO opportunity for advancement or promotion, a lot of bureaucracy and office politics. It's about who you know and not what you can accomplish. Management doesn't listen to staff, although they claim that staff feedback and ideas are very important - they're not.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
