      Pros

      Exteremely satisfied with my work environment at UBS. Good work/life balance, supportive manager, good opportunities to grow within the team and freedom to move laterally if want to.

      Cons

      Same old technologies (but thats with any bank or financial institution), have to do some production support, sometimes get stagnant within the same project.

      Pros

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
