      Good benefits and training, fair raises & bonuses (duriing good times) , no micro management, many perks (time off, working form home), dedicated and hard working people

      Cons

      Very competitive, red tape, seemed to be limited opportunity for horiizontal teams and a company where an individual can get lost due to the size of the firm.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
