UBS IB is a major player and has a huge exposure to the financial market a lot of interesting transitions going on at the moment despite all the press, the bank is doing well and is on the right track good employer, the firm cares about you
Cons
sometimes I had to stay there even if there was nothing left to do departments need to work closer together, that would help the bank atmosphere between traders and risk departments can be a bit hostile (but I guess that's normal, they have opposite interests) the bank is still using IE 6 as browser..
