Risk-free job which you would have despite your productivity. Good benefits , great training program. Overall, good entry level position to enter Wealth Management. Very good bonuses if you are very productive.
Cons
Stressful environment. Very much sales job rather than wholistic advice role. Your metrics are reset every Quarter. The focus is on the number rather than the clients. It is easy to max out the learning experience. Lack of transparency in moving out of the call center. High turnover.
