Pros
UBS PWM is a great place to be. The people are professional, personable, and enjoy their work environment. There is a reason why you see admin/operations staff that have been there for 20 plus years. The company gives people ability to be flexible in their careers and allows for tons of growth. They see great talent and go the distance to retain it.

Technology at UBS is highly limited Back office is awful - very often you end up having to call several times to get the correct answer
