      - Of the UCs I have worked for, I felt that Riverside cared the most about its student body and helping underrepresented people with its multitude of programs for food insecure students, internship opportunities, and financial aid. - Community is very helpful and supportive

      - As with all the other UC campuses, bureaucracy can really slow down most processes. - Turnover is quite frequent
