      - Free Room and Board - You will meet some great people (some) - Living on campus is so convenient - The school is actually pretty great and keeps getting better!

      Cons

      - Coworkers are not always the best... - Management/Resident Directors are not professional at all and get involved in the Squabbles of the team (not in the intervene and help way but, are part of the problem)

      Great institution serving a diverse student population. Plenty of interesting research labs. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Commuter school so traffic and parking can be terrible. Select your PI wisely, and ensure healthy work life balance.
