Pros

Competitive salaries, although ihis is changing

Cons

The health system has much more concerned about the bottom line instead of giving good community health care. Elimination of high quality nursing staff will eventually be a significant downfall. I have been in the health system over a decade and have never heard as much dissent among employees ( the ones who haven't yet left) . Community complaints are on the rise daily. I used to be a part of a proud community and now feel disappointed, embarrassed. There is very little communication from management. Such a great disappointment from what used to be a well respected company.

Pros

I absolutely loved volunteering here. The program was organized, and it made me so happy to bring a smile to people's faces.

Cons

Sometimes we did not have much contact with the heads of the volunteer program.

Pros

None that I can possibly share. This is by far the worst place I've ever worked for and I absolutely regret applying here. Save yourself, don't apply, don't stay long.

Cons

Revolving door in every department. HR is a disaster. People are underpaid and burned out. UCHealth spreads like a parasite in Colorado by purchasing hospitals, underpaying employees, and not competing with pricing. Worst yet, it does not pay taxes at Coloradan's expense. DORA and UCHealth are supported by the state and if you are discriminated you will find no justice. Absolute corruption. They need to be audited and penalized by the state more often for many reasons.
