Pros

Pay and benefits are good but currently they are using those to bribe people to stay because so many are quitting

Cons

Covid has shown this CEO and other administrators true colors. They are not doing what is best for the patients and are bullying staff into getting a vaccine without any long term studies. They are creating a extremely hostile work environment and are encouraging doctors to pressure patients and staff into getting the Covid vaccine, even if they have valid reasons for not getting it. What has happened to medical freedom and honoring peoples wishes? Just awful. If you aren't a liberal, I wouldn't even bother working here. You will feel like you are walking on egg shells while everyone else shoots off their mouth with their latest political opinion. Liz Concordia made a huge announcement when George Floyd died and encouraged everyone to take a knee in the field for 10min, but didn't send anything out after the 13 service men and women died in Afghanistan. Honoring a criminal, but not our military. Makes you wonder whose supplementing her income. This healthcare system is going down fast and I would no longer encourage anyone to seek care here.

Pros

I absolutely loved volunteering here. The program was organized, and it made me so happy to bring a smile to people's faces.

Cons

Sometimes we did not have much contact with the heads of the volunteer program.

Pros

None that I can possibly share. This is by far the worst place I've ever worked for and I absolutely regret applying here. Save yourself, don't apply, don't stay long.

Cons

Revolving door in every department. HR is a disaster. People are underpaid and burned out. UCHealth spreads like a parasite in Colorado by purchasing hospitals, underpaying employees, and not competing with pricing. Worst yet, it does not pay taxes at Coloradan's expense. DORA and UCHealth are supported by the state and if you are discriminated you will find no justice. Absolute corruption. They need to be audited and penalized by the state more often for many reasons.
