      Large campus - lots of opportunities; Students help focus your mission - your "why" can be found by only taking a walk on campus;

      Cons

      Politics - oof - they are baked into every pore of UCLA; "Voluntold" - you may be asked (depends on department) to volunteer for various events. It's framed as volunteer, but **highly encouraged** to participate.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
