      Good pay structure, established institution. Things happen fast and efficiently. Show up, work, leave.

      Cons

      Restrictive, very little freedom to set your own schedule. Culture is very "stay in your lane" referral focused for primary care providers. Bloated bureaucracy. Private pay patients only.
