Great benefits, very pretty place to work, lots of opportunities on the general campus, the people are generally nice, they have a pension plan
Cons
if you don't have a higher degree it's very hard to get promoted to management position, academics rule here, the salaries aren't very good, there are layoffs and furloughs now
