      Pros

      I don't think it is well know but the UC System has great retirement benefits compared to most other companies!

      Cons

      I should have done a better job of asking for raises. In hindsight, my salary was a bit too low.

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
