UCLA is a world class institution and you can feel good about the work the university does
Cons
CIO destroyed USC’s IT department and is repeating her campaign of short sighted terror at UCLA by making everyone reapply for their jobs with competition from the general public. All recent upper management hires have all been USC Cronies. Morale is nonexistent. Most of us think she is just going to replace most of us with contractors.
