      If your interests are in academic medicine and research, the faculty produce top-notch work.

      Cons

      Administrative leadership, both faculty and staff, can be toxic. The idea of the Cultural North Star is regularly pushed; however, key leaders are known bullies.

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive

      Campus dining options are kinda weak - breaks my heart to eat the same thing every day

      The Peer Learning Unit is poorly managed, and it is difficult to communicate with your supervisors.
