Some of the people are nice, but unfortunately there are some who think they’re the only skin color who should have a privileged lifestyle. If other ethnicities live well, it’s a problem and they look suspicious. There’s also some management who use reverse psychology by belittling staff. They downplay a person’s intelligence and brainwash/LIE TO other people to believe vicious rumors that a person Is “not that intelligent”. As management keeps degrading innocent staff, they hail and praise those who actually AREN'T “that intelligent” (or genuine), to boost their thirsty egos. It’s disgusting.
