      Pros

      The pay is decent at 25+ plus Hourly (Still hard to live comfortably in Los Angeles at that rate and feed a family paying off student debt)

      Cons

      Micromanagement too the extremely poor Managers who yell at you if you do something wrong and try to embarrass you in front of other employees. They are unaware of how to treat employees fairly which is why the Union protection is a MUST with Ucla Health.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      The nurses are very receptive and open to teaching students

      Cons

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
