      Nothing much. No work so you can rest in peace lol

      Cons

      Salaries are really low compared to market rate. Bad leadership who were chosen based off of dirty politics and not on credentials. Leadership does favoritism and pay hikes are only given to those whome they want to, no process is available.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
