We have a break nurse and a resource nurse every day, one hour lunch break, great CP to patient ratios (so less manual labor), incredible educational opportunities, the best retirement benefits on the west coast, and the best colleagues you could wish for. You do not feel 'squeezed dry' at the end of the day like you do at so many other hospitals (eg Cedars Sinai will suck the life out of you).
