      Money Driven. Leadership structure mimics a "shot up and dribble mentality". Speak up and you will get let go.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
