Very sloppy, poorly managed, heavy in politics, not paid well enough like you think

Pros

The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

Cons

Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
