Pros
I was looking for a new opportunity where I could advance and grow but I was reluctant to leave state employment. My wife also had concerns about me leaving public service to go back into a corporate environment. My recruiter Jeff Bonniwell worked with the account managers there at UDig and setup a conference call with my wife and I to discuss our concerns. Listened and answered all of our questions and this occurred the day before Thanksgiving. That conversation was greatly appreciated and I am happy to report I have been happy in my new position.

None that I can recall. I heard people say that there was poor communication between them and the office. But I have not seen that. In fact Jeff Bonniwell and the account managers check in with me to make sure i am still happy with my position.
