Unless you know someone who can get you a job don’t waste your time applying. They also show favoritism and don’t hold anyone accountable for their actions even though they say they do. Management has no back bone and the higher ups play dumb when you actually bring facts to the table. You work like a dog and are productivity based just for them to stress to you about making your numbers but won’t enforce it on everyone.
