      The organization has an employee centric environment. I enjoy my coworkers and feel like my voice is heard by management.

      The benefits could be better and parking is tough for newer employees; however the company is working to fix this.

      DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.

      -The UW leadership in Dallas is incompetent at best -Brokers don't even want to deal with the AVP -Definition of toxic manager -Significant turnover in recent months due to poor leadership
