      Pros

      The people and work environment are great. There is an excellent focus on work life balance. Benefits and compensation are comparable to other large area companies. UFG is one of the few companies that still has a pension plan.

      Cons

      Technology at the company needs to be improved.

      DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.

      -The UW leadership in Dallas is incompetent at best -Brokers don't even want to deal with the AVP -Definition of toxic manager -Significant turnover in recent months due to poor leadership
