Pros
Payroll department is staffed with competent employees who go out of their way to resolve problems.
Cons
Losing gobs of money, lack of talented leadership, promotion based on friendships rather than competence. Care more about growth than writing profitable business. Lower level employees are financially punished while VPs make out just fine. Lack of industry knowledge among a lot of senior leadership.
