Pros
1. The company is working hard to make the necessary changes to be one of the top profitable insurance companies. 2. Good work/life balance. 3. Management listens to employees. 4. Freedom to make your own choices depending on your type of position.
Cons
1. Changes can be overwhelming at times. 2. Managers seem to be moving around a lot which causes too much disruption. 3. Profitability of the company is concerning to many of the employees. 4. Underwriters don't seem like they have freedom to underwrite causing communication between all stakeholders to be not in a great place. 5. Pay seems low compared to the market.
