      Pros

      When I started I was proud to work at UFG. The culture was great and everyone was so nice. The CEO knows everyone by your name which is awesome.

      Cons

      The company culture is starting to go downhill, not much of a people place anymore. They need to hold people accountable.

      DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.

      -The UW leadership in Dallas is incompetent at best -Brokers don't even want to deal with the AVP -Definition of toxic manager -Significant turnover in recent months due to poor leadership
