Pros
There are some nice people. There are TONS of meetings, if that’s your thing. A TREMENDOUS amount of travel, if you’re looking to be on the road. LOTS of events and in person functions, if you don’t want to be able to get any work done.
Cons
Where to begin. I don’t want to bash the company, but this was the worst experience to date. The outlook for this company looks terrible, the profitability is tanking, company outlook downgraded to negative by AM Best. I just don’t see them sticking around. I would think twice about a career here!
