Pros

Free coffee in the cafeteria and upstairs. Is that five words?

Cons

Click oriented culture, uninvolved management, unfriendly, sometimes physically threatening posturing from colleagues, catty childish petty behavior, anti-male sexist culture from lower level female workers, quid pro quo sexual discrimination from some of the upper level management, nepotism, whispering campaigns. There is also a very creepy corporate fascist culture. The human resources lady gave a presentation in which she painted people who believe in the constitution, freedom, the second amendment, and conservatism as "possible domestic terrorists". Also, if you're not a weak effeminate male the women will look at you like you are some sexually crazed pervert/domestic terrorist. The culture is one that promotes petty authoritarians, and doesn't recognize hard work and integrity. Stay out of this place at all costs.

Pros

DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

Cons

Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.
