      Rarely work more than 40 hours a week. Support schedules are usually known ahead of time. Sprint planning really takes into account capacity. Mostly autonomous teams.

      Mass exodus of technical leadership. Business occasionally breaks its own rules of an agile work environment.

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.
