Pros
Great company! It still feels like a small family owned business yet it is large and strong. Good place to work over all. Supervisors I have worked with are patient and non abusive.
Cons
Pay is a little low for field adjusters. Supervisors tend to manage files instead of managing their people, They often promote those who do a poor job just to get them out of the way. The good adjusters get all of the crap dumped on them because they don't complain. Still multi-line adjusters so makes work a lot more difficult to keep up. Lack a good training department.
