      People were mostly nice and they were always willing to help

      Cons

      Couldn’t make decisions, struggled to actually implement anything and didn’t utilize the internal knowledge they had well but dismissed it if it wasn’t coming out of a managers mouth!

      DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.

      -The UW leadership in Dallas is incompetent at best -Brokers don't even want to deal with the AVP -Definition of toxic manager -Significant turnover in recent months due to poor leadership
