      Used to be a great place to work with great coworkers.

      Cons

      Management is dishonest, not transparent (as they claim to be), and will throw you under the bus to save themselves. They no longer care about their employees.

      DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.

      -The UW leadership in Dallas is incompetent at best -Brokers don't even want to deal with the AVP -Definition of toxic manager -Significant turnover in recent months due to poor leadership
