      The CEO , Randy is super nice person.

      Cons

      On my 30 years experience as a premium auditor I was supervised by a premium auditor, a loss control person and somebody from the underwriting dept., but never, never a supervisor from the rating dept. I last 4 months.!!! This company doesn't have any respect for premium auditors.

      DTO Flexible Hours Great Co-workers

      Cons

      Too many unnecessary processes that make the workload heavier. Their policy system could use an upgrade. Adjusters have to rely on Administrative to put complete policies in their file.

      -Fully Remote -Unlimited PTO -Overall the company is headed on growth trajectory with a positive outlook

      Cons

      -The UW leadership in Dallas is incompetent at best -Brokers don't even want to deal with the AVP -Definition of toxic manager -Significant turnover in recent months due to poor leadership
