It is great to hear you feel that your work/life balance is respected and you are able to enjoy the benefits of our hybrid work policy. We have recently restructured our benefits package to be more in line with market offerings and to standardize our offerings. We include every employee in the annual employee incentive bonus program and will include all employees in the employee stock purchase program, with a global rollout in progress.
